Day Shift — Weekdays

Pointe Precision is hiring a Grinder Operator in Plover, WI — Monday–Friday, $19/hour to start. You’ll operate precision grinding equipment, hold tight tolerances, and build parts that go into aerospace, defense, and medical applications. What You’ll Do

This role focuses on precision grinding, quality inspection, and teamwork.

  • Operate grinders to fabricate precision parts with care and accuracy

  • Inspect completed parts for defects to ensure they meet the highest standards

  • Work safely and follow standard procedures in a modern, climate-controlled facility

  • Collaborate with supervisors and senior operators to troubleshoot and maintain equipment

  • Support team production and quality goals

Must-haves

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of machining or grinding experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical skills and an eye for detail
  • Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Interested in hands-on work and being part of a team

A consistent day shift schedule with your weekends free.
