What You’ll Do

This role focuses on precision grinding, quality inspection, and teamwork.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests — by phone, email, ticketing system, and in person

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Set up and deploy new equipment for employees

  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts

  • Install and update software

  • Document issues and resolutions

  • Assist with IT projects and system improvements

  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues

  • Work safely and follow standard procedures in a modern office environment

Must-haves

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in IT and technology, and a willingness to dig into problems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Basic familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP)
