What You’ll Do
This role focuses on precision grinding, quality inspection, and teamwork.

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests — by phone, email, ticketing system, and in person

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Set up and deploy new equipment for employees

Create, modify, and disable user accounts

Install and update software

Document issues and resolutions

Assist with IT projects and system improvements

Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues

Work safely and follow standard procedures in a modern office environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for detail-oriented, service-minded people who are ready to grow.
Must-haves
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Genuine interest in IT and technology, and a willingness to dig into problems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Basic familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP)
Nice-to-haves
